Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.

For Non-Canadian * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Canada 5 - 12 days

International:

United states: 7 - 14 days

Europe : 12 - 19 days

Australia: 12 - 19 days

Latin America: 12 - 19 days

Other countries: 15 - 23 days

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
